Jets Swimwear

If you have followed the blog for a while, you may know that this is my first swimsuit shoot. I wasn't sure how the photographs would turn out, me wearing next to nothing (it's only one piece of material after all), but I am pretty proud of the outcome.

I wanted a moody quality to the images, so sunset at Trigg beach was where the fiancé and I headed. With him behind the camera and me prancing around in front, this is what we came up with...

As we head into summer a new swimsuit is always top of mind. While shopping for one isn't the most enjoyable activity, hopefully this post will assist with the search.

When these two swimsuits arrived from Jets Swimwear, I was thrilled with how well they suited my hourglass figure. I love the monochrome of the bandeau bikini and high waist bottoms from the Jets Luxe range. I should have gone a size up in the bikini top (I like to think my bust is smaller than it is in reality) but the high waist bottoms fit like a glove.

It was the sporty look of the high neck swimsuit that drew me to it. I often go for feminine styles, however this cut is flattering for my shape and a welcome change. The slightly higher cut bottoms elongates the legs while the contrasting white panels slim down the body. The key hole back adds a little something extra too.

These two pieces will definitely be on high rotation this summer, and you can't go wrong with black and white.

Have you started searching for swimsuits yet? Why don't you start here with Jets.
