It's times like these that I really love what I do. Connecting with local designers who create beautiful pieces that I actually want to wear and collaborating to write posts like these. My creativity can go wild. From the styling and hair, to make-up and the shoot location but in this scenario, simplicity was best. I let the garments do the talking.

Melbourne label SHAHN's new collection Volume II is perfect for the party season. 1950's inspired, each garment is beautifully finished, made from luxury fabrics and feature intricate lace details and buttons that add to the elegance of the collection. Worn together the pieces make an elegant statement. Worn separately they complement other clothes, allowing the wearer to add their own touch of style to the look.

I featured SHAHN's Volume I collection earlier this year and could not wait to get my hands on Volume II. It certainly lived up to expectations.
