Darlings Supper Club, new beginnings

I enjoyed Darlings Supper Club the first time around but my recent visit was outstanding.

The Darlings menu has changed to incorporate more Asian cuisines into their fusion menu and they have a new Head Chef, Joel Roberts, who's working wonders in the kitchen. ‘The Chopper' joins the team fresh from Iron Chef Thailand, and from South Korea Sashimi King Youngwoo slices and dices the fresh sashimi around.

The food really does speak for itself, there's something for every food lover here at Darlings! I recommend you try it for yourself!

Cocktail Masterclass at Luxe Bar

We took our spots behind the bar and tested our skills at cocktail making. It was an hilarious night of great company, laughter, spillages and of course, delicious Luxe signature cocktails.

The wines were presented by Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock, who added the perfect amount of wine knowledge to our meal.

Bread in Common Fremantle

Tucked away in a converted warehouse in Fremantle, Bread in Common is fast becoming a favourite spot to dine in Perth. Owner Nic Trimboli, of Gordon Street Garage, E'cucina, Balthazar, one half of Il Lido and Duende, along with his partner, baker Gotthard Bauer from the famous Yallingup Woodfired Bakery, certainly know what makes a great eatery. It is all about the enjoyment of food and company at Bread in Common.
